AdTrackHQ is committed to your privacy and data rights. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from our platform, including data obtained through your connected Meta (Facebook) account.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Email us at privacy@adtrackhq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your AdTrackHQ account and your full name
  3. Specify whether you want partial deletion (specific data types) or full account deletion
  4. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days

Timeline: Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected your Facebook account to AdTrackHQ, disconnecting via Facebook's app settings will revoke our access token. You can do this at:

Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → AdTrackHQ → Remove

After revoking access, submit a data deletion request to us via email to ensure all stored Meta data is also deleted from our servers.
