• Campaign data: ad performance metrics, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion events pulled from connected accounts

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the AdTrackHQ platform
• Track affiliate sales and calculate platform fees (10% of verified ClickBank sales)
• Process payments via Stripe

• Generate analytics, reports, and insights about your campaign performance

• Comply with legal obligations

3. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account to AdTrackHQ, we access data from the Meta Marketing API including ad campaign performance, spend, impressions, clicks, and audience data. This data is used solely to provide AdTrackHQ's tracking and optimization services to you. We do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform.

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from Meta is not used to train machine learning models or for advertising targeting purposes outside of your own campaigns.

4. ClickBank Data

When you connect your ClickBank account, we receive webhook notifications of sales events associated with your affiliate account. This data is used to calculate platform fees and provide sales attribution. We do not share your ClickBank data with third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Microsoft Azure — for cloud infrastructure and data storage
• Vercel — for frontend hosting
• Anthropic — for AI-powered analysis and guidance features

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
